The Travel Service airline company is primarily engaged, in addition to regular air transportation under the SmartWings brand, in operating charter flights (Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America). Travel Service is a major player in the market of charter air transportation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

The new SmartWings service, introduced by Travel Service at the beginning of 2004, opens up air transport to the broad general public.

BUSINESS JET
In June 2007, the Travel Service portfolio of services expanded to include operation of private flights – Business Jet category air taxis, in addition to regular and charter flights. A modern jet plane, a Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign model that regularly transports 9 passengers, is available to you 24 hours a day.

- SmartWings offers 13 new flights from Ostrava.

SmartWings, the only Czech low-cost carrier, operated by the Travel Service company, offers 13 new regular flights from Ostrava.
Regular flights will operate to 12 favorite Mediterranean destinations and to the French capital of Paris. The line Ostrava – Paris will operate two times per week.
During the summer schedule will SmartWings offer also flights to Antalya in Turkey, Burgas in Bulgaria, Split in Croatia, to Greek islands of Rhodos, Crete (Heraklion, Chania), Kos , Lefkada (Preveza), Lesbos (Mytilene), to Thessaloniky, to the Spanish island of Palma de Mallorca and to Larnaca on Cyprus.

SmartWings offers two new regular flights from Prague to Greek island of Skiathos and from Ostrava to Mytilene. Flights to Skiathos will operate two times per week on Tuesdays and Fridays, flights to Mytilene once per week on Sundays.

From November 1st, 2011 SmartWings changes opening hours of the SmartCall center. The center will be opened daily from 8 to 20 o´clock. We believe this will increase the comfort of travel for our passengers.
